From the age of 6 months, kittens are often neutered. Within 48 hours of the procedure, your kitty’s metabolism will slow down – but her hunger will likely be out of control! As your neutered kitten’s activity level increases, her diet needs to be adjusted to support optimal growth without encouraging unnecessary weight gain.
Royal Canin Sterilised Kitten has been specially developed to meet the nutritional needs of neutered cats in the β€stabilisationβ€ stage of their development. This tailored food contains a reduced fat content for weight control, while still providing the optimal amount of protein, calcium and phosphorus for optimal growth.
It also contains nutrients such as vitamins C and E to support the development of a strong immune system. The food is enriched with omega-3 fatty acids (DHA) to support brain development and healthy vision.
Thanks to a combination of beneficial prebiotics (MOS) and easily digestible proteins, Royal Canin Sterilized Kitten also contributes to a natural balance of intestinal microflora, which can help with good digestion.
