ROYAL CANIN® Sterilized Kitten is specially formulated to support the nutritional needs of sterilised kittens in the “final phase” of their development. This formula is suitable for sterilised kittens aged 6 to 12 months, as they are undergoing a period of significant physical and behavioural changes. This tailored diet contains a moderate fat content to help reduce the risk of weight gain, while still containing optimal levels of protein, calcium and phosphorus for healthy development. It also contains nutrients such as vitamins C and E to support the development of a healthy immune system in your kitten. These nutritional antioxidants have been shown to stimulate higher and faster antibody responses after vaccination. ROYAL CANIN® Sterilized Kitten is also enriched with Omega-3 fatty acids (DHA) to support brain development and promote healthy vision. Thanks to a combination of beneficial probiotics (MOS) and highly digestible proteins, ROYAL CANIN® Sterilized Kitten also helps support a healthy balance of intestinal microflora (gut flora) for good digestion. The kibble in ROYAL CANIN® Sterilized Kitten is also specially designed for your young cat’s tiny mouth. A mechanical brushing effect helps support dental health as your kitten chews its food. When your sterilised young cat reaches 12 months old, they will need a diet that is specifically tailored to meet their nutritional needs as an adult cat. At this stage, he can receive ROYAL CANIN® Appetite Control Care, available in dry food or as a liquid available in pieces in sauce or jelly.
