Return Policy

Products returns and withdrawal of purchases.

 

Exception to the return of products constitutes the dry or wet foods.

The withdrawal right from the article 4 § 10 ν. 2251/1994 is not applied:

In products that can be spoiled or expire soon (dry or wet food)

 

In case that the product return is our fault because the product is defective, or it is different from the one you had ordered the money will be refunded to you and Pet Panic will be burdened with the return cost.

In different case the return cost is configured as follows:

In order to return the product

 

  • You will have to inform us for the product return (in the company's contact details)

  • The products you wish to return should be on the same condition you had bought them in , without being unsealed or their packing have been tampered.

  • The purchase documents (proof of retail sale)

  • The product return will have to be taken place within 14 days from the date you have received

  • The money refund will be completed within 15 working days from the date we will receive the products
